What is the difference in data between To-Do Panel and Learning Assignment cards under For You Today section?

Resolution

To-Do panel tasks do not all display on the Home Page . This KBA is to compliment the information in the HELP file documentation, please consult the HELP to find out the latest information Where to-do tasks are shown.

The "To-Do panel" should not be compared with the Learning Assignment card on the SF Home Page as they serve different purposes.

Learning Assignment card can show anything that requires "Immediate action"	To-Do Panel can show
Courses overdue by up to 365 days	All Courses overdue 2443198 - What items are listed in the To-do "Due Now" bucket in Bizx Home Page - SAP for Me
Courses due within 30 days	All courses due (even self-assigned and optional) and group them per buckets (due now or due later) 2443198 - What items are listed in the To-do "Due Now" bucket in Bizx Home Page - SAP for Me
Surveys are not yet supported	Required Learning surveys
All approval types (removed after 90 days if no action is taken)	User account request (site registration) and e-signature approval are not supported on the To-Do panel
Cards will show even if user does NOT have Learning access permission.	No learning data will show in the To-Do panel if the user does NOT have Learning access permission.

Note:

Surveys and curricula requirement groups aren't displayed on the home page.
If no action is taken, the card will disappear once the assignment is overdue by 365 days.
