Unable to run upgrades Learning Assignments Tasks on the Latest Home Page and Learning Approvals on the Latest Home Page;

• Upgrades still available in Optional Upgrades in Upgrade Center
• Upgrade Now button is greyed out
• Message about Missing prerequisites 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• The universal push completed in 2022/2023 so all customer’s tenants would have been migrated UNLESS at the time of the upgrade the customers SAP Successfactors Platform tenant was not integrated with an SAP Successfactors Learning tenant.
• However, From 2H 2022 whenever a customer has a new SAP Successfactors Learning tenant instance and the integration with a SAP Successfactors Platform tenant is sealed then the Learning upgrade jobs will automatically trigger.
• Customers can look for cards on the Home Page (not in Proxy) or open a support ticket if they cannot see any cards that should be displayed as per HELP documentation.
• The Learning upgrades listed in “optional upgrades” will be cleaned up in future releases. Customers should NOT try to run the upgrades.
