3342649 - Value coming from Recruitment is overwritten with old one (Rehire scenario) - Onboarding

Mapping values to flow from Recruitment to Onboarding, once candidate is accepted as a Rehire, values are overwriting by old one (old employment).

In suite integration field comes with correct value.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In employmentInfo entity, merge from Recruitment is only supported for New Hire's startDate, ServiceDate, SeniorityDate. No custom field merge is supported for this entity.

As the current system design, Onboarding does not merge custom fields in Employment info. Only startDate, ServiceDate, SeniorityDate is updated. An enhancement will be created for the future.
