Symptom

There is an inconsistency between DCD's (documented credit decision) status and sales order's / delivery's status.
The DCD remains blocked even the sales order / delivery is released.

or

The SD document needs to be released / the DCD’s status changed in transaction SCASE/UKM_CASE and get an error message: "Document was already unblocked in SD system; change no longer possible (Message number: UKM_DCD_MSG030)"
