3342976 - Error 622 when select from view that has query with "UNION" - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Compatibility mode is turned on.
  • The view has query with 'UNION'.  It runs fine when running the queries separately.
  • Getting error 622 when running select from the view:
      
    1> select * from <view_name>
    2> go
    Msg 622, Level 20, State 1:
    Server 'XXXX', Line 1:
    Opentable was passed a varno of 253. Object 'temp worktable' in database 'tempdb' already has that session descriptor in use. This occurred while opening object id -5046273 in database id 4.
