3343035 - eDocument Cockpit App Requesting Credential when Submitting Source Document in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

When submitting an eInvoice via the eDocument Cockpit app, the system prompts the user to enter credentials (user ID and password).

1. Go to eDocument Cockpit application.
2. Select the source document.
3. Choose the button Submit, the dialog requesting user credentials appears.

Missing or incomplete configuration in the communication arrangement and integration setup required for electronic document submission.

Verify and maintain the required configuration for secure communication with the respective eDocument service provider:

1. Review the setup under:
   • Deploy User Credentials
   • Set Up Secure Connection
2. Ensure that the credentials required for the external service (e.g., tax authority or service provider) are properly maintained.
