3343035 - eDocument Cockpit app requesting credential when submitting source document

Symptom

When submitting an eInvoice through eDocument Cockpit app, system requires credentials and password.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to eDocument Cockpit app
  2. select the source document 
  3. click in 'Submit' button
  4. a new screen is triggered asking for your user credential.

Cause

Missing Configuration in Communication and Integration path.

Resolution

Review the configuration maintained in 'Deploy User Credentials' session from SAP API document related to the country used in your case.
