You are trying to carry out the configuration of SAP ByD and Google.
However, you did not find the configuration indicated "Communication and Information Exchange" in Business Configuration when accessing "People, Collaboration, Intranet and External Services" under Scoping elements.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration.
2. Click on Edit Project button.
3. Go to Scoping Elements and expand "People, Collaboration, Intranet and External Services".
4. You will not be able to find "Communication and Information Exchange".
   
    

You should fulfill the pre requisites before in Google APIS Console Registration.

You have to set up an account at Google and register your project at the Google APIS Console. You also need to allow SAP Business ByDesign to use OAuth2.0 protocol to access Google by creating an OAuth 2.0 Client ID and specifying some branding information about your project. 

The OAuth 2.0 Client ID enables Google to share specific data with your system while keeping other confidential information, such as usernames and passwords, private. Google then issues you with credentials (Client Secret and Client ID) which you must enter during Fine Tuning to complete the registration process.
