3343058 - How to Temporarily Allow Global Remote Access by Deactivating the EU Access on SAP Cloud for Customer Systems

Symptom

EU Access service is activated on one of your SAP Cloud for Customer instances and immediate SAP Support assistance is required. To reduce impact to your business operation, you decide to temporarily allow access to this system from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

The "emergency" functionality granted by your waiver temporarily deactivate the organizational and/or technical remote connectivity restrictions for EU Access from SAP during the complete remaining processing timeframe of this incident.

You can grant global access to your system by sending your approval to SAP Support via incident Note to SAP. The message below can be used to grant global access:

I hereby confirm that I fully understand the consequences and want to grant global access to this system and deactivate the remote connectivity limitations for this particular incident. Additionally, I also confirm that I am duty authorized to grant this waiver on behalf of customer.
