3343071 - Unable to select "EWA default settings" in Step 7 Automated Self-service of Data Volume Management - Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

The target managed system is unavailable to activate DVM Chapter in EWA Report according to the SAP Note 2035999 - FAQ: Automated DVM  self-service documents / New DVM EWA chapter setup and creation

  • You are unable to select other Processing Mode than DVM Cloud default settings in Step 7 Automated Self-Service of DVM scenario settings.
  • The DVM Active checkbox is always selected and the job scheduling frequency is set to Monthly in Step 6.3 Data Volume Management of Application Operations - EarlyWatch Alert Management scenario settings.
