Symptom
- When agent is down, find following errors in DSOnPremiseAgent log file:
- SEVERE: Cloud Server error occurred, fetch request thread going to wait for 120000msec
- SEVERE: ping received Error Code : 403
- SEVERE: ping received Error: Forbidden, response content:<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

- When testing connection for IBP Websocket RFC datastore, failed with error:
- Cannot connect to SAP Application datastore<> using host<IBP URL>, client<xx>, user<xx>, and system number<01:CRFC error: RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE- Proxy Error: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden>
- X-Squid-Error: ERR_ACCESS_DENIED 0
- Connection: close
