Symptom
- The s-user performing the provisioning has the required authorizations needed to provision SAP Cloud ALM, but the company (the customer number being used) is not entitled to provision. It can also show as "No Data".
- SAP Product Support advises there is neither SAP Cloud Service subscriptions containing Enterprise Support, cloud editions nor SAP Enterprise Support nor Product Support for Large Enterprises for the specified Customer Number trying to provision and hence no entitlement.
- Customers under SAP Cloud Service subscriptions containing Enterprise Support, cloud editions, in SAP Enterprise Support and in Product Support for Large Enterprise receive an SAP Cloud ALM tenant, which can be distributed to the subsidiaries using access rights.
