3343370 - Synchronization jobs run into INSERT INTO CCO.SYNCLOG error

Symptom

Synchronization jobs are not running successfully in SAP Customer Checkout (CCO).

In the log file you find an error related to SYNCLOG table.

Caused by: javax.persistence.PersistenceException: Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.7.10.v20211216-fe64cd39c3): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: Java exception: 'Cannot invoke "org.apache.derby.iapi.store.raw.Page.getAuxObject()" because "<parameter2>" is null: java.lang.NullPointerException'.
