3343374 - H1 2023 Release To-do Panel Item Error

Symptom

While trying to close the To-Do's items from the To-Do panel, you receive the below error:
"OData Service performHp3TodoInlineAction Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown:"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to instance
2. Go to To-Do panel
3. Click Take Action in the alerts
4. Click "I'm Done" or take any action on a To-Do
5. Error appears

Cause

This issue is due to a backend request for the To-Do action not parsing the payload

Resolution

Engineering have provided a fix for the issue with Patch planned for 12-Jun-23 Preview and 15-Jun-23 Production
