Symptom

  • Local printing with Access Method C or L is being done
  • Spool status is "Internal error when printing" in SP01, as per the image below:
  • Error description shows the following:
    Status: Internal error when printing
    Message: Request on hold
    Job status: On hold
    Error class: Delayed
