3343416 - MDG warning: Enhancing scope for change request type &1 may lead to corrupt data

Symptom

When changing the "Scope on Entity Type Level" via path MDGIMG->General Settings ->Process Modeling ->Change Requests ->Create Change Request Type for a parallel Change Request Type, you may get the warning "Enhancing scope for change request type &1 may lead to corrupt data" or "Reducing scope for change request type &2 may lead to corrupt data".
