3343451 - Unable to Create "Recruiting V2 Secured" Reports - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • Tile report page is loading forever.
  • Table report page shows an application error.
  • Admin Center page 'Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges' redirects you to the home page.
  • Provisioning page 'Recruiting Security Field Setup' is blank.

Reproducing the Issue

Symptom #1

  1. Go to Reporting
  2. Create a new Tile report
  3. Select domain 'Recruiting V2 Secured'
  4. It shows "Loading..." forever

Symptom #2

  1. Go to Reporting
  2. Create a new Table report
  3. Select domain 'Recruiting V2 Secured'
  4. It shows an application error

Symptom #3

  1. Go to Admin Center > Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges
  2. Search for a user
  3. It redirects you to the home page

Symptom #4

  1. Provisioning > Recruiting Security Field Setup
  2. It shows a blank page

Cause

A switch called "Enable cell level permission for Recruiting V2 Secured subdomain schema" is enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings.

Resolution

Disable this switch in Provisioning > Company Settings:

  • Enable cell level permission for Recruiting V2 Secured subdomain schema (Please do not turn on!) [Not Ready for Sales/Production] — requires “Enable Cell Level Permissions on “Group by Reports””
