Symptom

'Candidate Application Abandon Job' and' Candidate Status Mail Delay' keep failing after recruiting module is disabled from Provisioning. It is not cancelled automatically.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Disable Recruiting Module from Provisioning.
  2. Candidate Application Abandon Job starts failing in Monitor Jobs page.

Resolution

In 1H 2024 release, we will implement a condition check to remove these two jobs from the scheduler once the Recruiting module is disabled. 

  • Job Type: Candidate Status Mail Delay
  • Job Type: Candidate Application Abandoned Job

If you are experiencing this issue, please raise a Support ticket to request disabling the job.

Note: Currently, any scheduled job that fails continuously for 101 days or more, with 800 failures, will be automatically cancelled.
