3343474 - It is not possible to Highlight Columns or fields in compensation worksheet

Customer would like to highlight a particular field in the worksheet which is already in a group.

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

No, it is not possible to highlight a particular Column or a field which is already in a grouping, But as a workaround you can create a new group with the particular field in that grouping with a different color code.

From the below screenshot you can see the fields "Total Increase" and "Final Compa-Ratio" has been highlighted, but they don't have a group label on it.


The grouping can be done as below screenshot:


Note: It is not possible to put a group inside another group, when you launch a worksheet it will either be before or after the group you put that into.
