3343479 - [Onboarding] Pay Component Non Recurring values are getting replaced when using Rehire on Old Employment

When the candidate is accepted as a rehire (with old employment), the candidates pay component non recurring field values from the previous employment is getting replaced with the new values entered during the Rehire Data Review Step

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a terminated employee with a PayComponentNonRecurring record.
2. Map some PayComponentNonRecurring data from RCM
3. Onboard a potential rehire user and accept it as rehire on first rehire check.
4. On Rehire Data Review page, the old PayComponentNonRecurring record won't load.
5. Submit the new PayComponentNonRecurring details. 
6. Old PayComponentNonRecurring details won't be there though both the records have different pay_component codes

• This behaviour is consistent with EC regular rehire flow. Hence this is expected behaviour for rehire on old employment.
