AO workbook is not visible under the respective role. But if go to backend PFCG, under "Menu" of this Role, this workbook is visible.

1.Open AO.

2.Open a workbook from the SAP Business Warehouse Platform.

3.Go to Role tab.

4.Expand a specific Role.

5.The workbook is not listed.

Redundancy avoidance is activated, in other words, CONDENSE_MENU and DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES are set to YES.

Deactivate Redundancy avoidance by setting NO for the parameter CONDENSE_MENU and DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES in table SSM_CUST.
