AO workbook or Folder is not visible under the respective role. But if go to backend PFCG, under "Menu" of this Role, this workbook or Folder is visible.

SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office

1.Open AO.

2.Open a workbook from the SAP Business Warehouse Platform.

3.Go to Role tab.

4.Expand a specific Role.

5.The workbook or Folder is not listed.

• Redundancy avoidance is activated, in other words, CONDENSE_MENU and DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES are set to YES.
• The property 'Hide Menu from SAP Easy Access' of 'Menu Options' is checked on for the affected role in transaction PFCG.
  
  

• Deactivate Redundancy avoidance by setting NO for the parameter CONDENSE_MENU and DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES in table SSM_CUST.
• Open the affected role in transaction PFCG. Unmark the property 'Hide Menu from SAP Easy Access' of 'Menu Options' and save the role.
