Symptom

When run transaction OBCYA and input MKPF there is dump:

The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
"CX_FINS_FATAL_EXCEPTION=======CP", in "RAISE_EXCEPTION". The
main program was "SAPMSVMA".

In the source code, the termination point is in line 15 of include
"CX_FINS_FATAL_EXCEPTION=======CM002".
