3343638 - Is it able to manage access rights to give some published access and not read access in Process Manager?

When I was looking into managing access rights in Signavio Process Manager, I saw that the only way you can get publish access is if you also get hub, read and write access. We are trying to create a role where the publisher of the process flows is only responsible for publishing but not being able to edit the process flows. Is it able to manage access rights to give some published access and not read access in Process Manager?
