3343644 - Mismatch in dataflow records with Identity Query Tool

When running dataflow for export data, job ID it returned much fewer results than it should.

When manually set a query via REST API like

SELECT * FROM testItem LIMIT 45

The total count of records is more than with the Dataflow job.
