SAP Successfactors HXM Suite - Employee Profile

Step 1:Enable the basic integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365.

1. Go to Manage permission role
2. select Your role
3. Scroll to: Administrator Permissions  Manage System Properties
4. grant permission to: Work Tech Configuration permission

Step 2:Enabling Extended Integration with Microsoft 365.

1. Go to Admin Center  Work Tech Configuration.
2. In the Enablement section, choose Enable Integration.

Step 3: Test

1. Go to test user
2. check Header
3. Result: Missing Microsoft Teams chat in People Profile Header

1. Go to Configure People Profile
2. Click on General Settings
3. Configure Header Fields
4. Check Email

Result: Email : disabled

Enable Email under Configure People Profile

Step 1: Configuration correction

1. Go to Configure People Profile
2. Click on General Settings
3. Configure Header Fields
4. enable: Email
