3343733 - Delete Receiving Inspection Document

You want to delete a Receiving Inspection for an inbound process.  

1. Go to Quality Control work center. 
2. Navigate to the Monitoring view and choose the Inspections sub-view. 
3. Search for the relevant inspection and choose the Edit button. 

You do not see an option to delete the relevant inspection. 

• There is no option to delete a receiving inspection. 
• The only option you have is to either Accept or Reject the inspection. 
• Making the above changes in an inspection will not affect the stock which you have already received via the supplier delivery against which the inspection was created. 

Please follow below given steps to either accept or reject a receiving inspection. 

1. Go to Quality Control work center. 
2. Navigate to the Monitoring view and choose the Inspections sub-view. 
3. Search for the relevant inspection and choose the Edit button. 
4. Navigate to the Decisions tab 
5. Choose the drop down against the field Quantity Decision. 
6. You can choose to Accept or Reject the inspection by choosing the appropriate value from the drop down menu. 
7. Choose the Save button.
