3343903 - The expiration date of Reports Scheduling in Report Center

What is the expiration date (optional maximum time period) of a Scheduling Report job in Report Center?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Schedule reports for offline or SFTP execution from Report Center.

2. Schedule Occurrence setting as 'Recurring', we can see there's optional time range from 'First Occurrence' and 'Ending On'.

3. The 'Ending On' optional maximum time period is three years into the future based on today.

For example today is 'June 13, 2023', the maximum time should be 'June 12, 2026'.

For report schedules, there is a maximum limit set for the validity of the schedule to prevent companies for scheduling a lot of report jobs indefinitely, so the limit was extended to 3 years for Report Schedules from Report Center. This is a standard design for the Report Schedule Jobs.

The default expire date is 3 months from start date, this can be extended manually to 3 years. It is suspended from running on this date if no change to the report schedule is made.
