"Harmful content detected on the file" occurs when admin imports PPTX file.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning Administration > Import Content > upload a pptx file

2. "Harmful content detected on the file" occurs and import fails.

There is equation in the pptx file and the equation was created with Equation Editor 3.0, which is no longer supported. 

Double click the equation in the pptx file and convert it to the latest equation format, which is now supported by Microsoft.

Save the pptx and import it again. 

This time, import will be successful and no harmful content will be detected.
