3344034 - Error "The max number of members in single assignment was exceeded for group" occurred in IPS job when provisioning big group containing many users to IAS

• The following error occurred in IPS job when provisioning big group containing many users to IAS.
  • The max number of members in single assignment was exceeded for group  with displayName: <group name>
  • 413 Request Entity Too Large 
    ......
    The requested resource does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in
    the request exceeds the capacity limit. 
    
    
• The target system to IAS is using SCIM API version 2(ias.api.version = 2).
