3344034 - Error "The max number of members in single assignment was exceeded for group" occurred in IPS job when provisioning big group containing many users to IAS

• Using the Identity Authentication(ias.api.version=2) or Local Identity Directory as the target system to provision big group containing many users to IAS.
• The following error occurred in IPS job can be found:
  
  • The max number of members in single assignment was exceeded for group  with displayName: <group name>
  • 413 Request Entity Too Large 
    ......
    The requested resource does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in
    the request exceeds the capacity limit. 
  • error=HTTP operation failed invoking http://********/idds/internal/scimGroups with statusCode: 400, Response: {"schemas":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error"],"status":"400","scimType":"invalidValue","detail":"The max number of members in single assignment was exceeded"  

• Identity Provisioning.
• Identity Directory SCIM API (in short, SCIM API version 2) is used as target system
