Following the 1H 2023 release, attachments sent to candidates (Offer Letters, application documents) with names containing non-Cyrillic characters (e.g. Korean, Hebrew, etc.) are not displayed correctly to candidates. The attachment name is showing as a string of letters, numbers and symbols instead of the expected characters.

Cause
This is an encoding issue caused by the new release.
Resolution
Engineering is investigating the issue and will deliver a fix.
Updates will be provided on this KBA regarding the resolution date.
