Symptom
If a termination import with a workflow enabled for a no-show new hire is submitted and the associated workflow is approved, the no-show date is listed as the hire date+1 rather than the actual hire date.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
When trying to report a user as no-show via Termination Import with a workflow enabled, once the workflow is approved the hire date shown in the Job Info History is Hire Date+1 instead of the actual Hire Date.
Cause
This behaviour is expected.
Resolution
When triggering a workflow via Termination Import for reporting an user as No-Show and the csv (import) file contains only one record, the hire date will be processed as Hire Date + 1.
While if the import file contains multiple records the hire date will be processed as the actual Hire Date.
