3344258 - When I query for diagram data over API I do not obtain usage/viewing statistics

Symptom

When I query for diagram data over API I do not obtain usage/viewing statistics e.g. how many views in a time period, who those viewers are, what roles/groups those viewers belong to. 

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Postman
  2. Paste Get diagram info request as per documentation: GET /p/model/(modelID) 
  3. Paste model id into request.
  4. See that the data you get back does not include the above details.

Cause

The data you expect to receive is not sent by Signavio as it is expected behavior.

Resolution
