3344297 - New behaviour for mandatory fields in the Job Application Page

Since 1H 2023, we will be able to see a new behaviour in the Candidate and Job application page. When a mandatory field is highlighted, the label of the field will be also shown. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This is a new behaviour introduced in 1h 2023 release.

1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisition > Candidates > Candidate in any status > select the candidate
2. Try to change the candidate status to a different status > then click save
3. The screen has a red banner, “Your Work Has Not Been Saved! Please correct the errors below.” All the required fields are highlighted and the labels of the field will also appear.
