3344313 - Error when updating all worksheets - Compensation and Variable Pay

Symptom

When running "update all worksheets" job is failing and job details point to "There were errors while updating the following plans:".

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Compensation Home
  2. Select a template
  3. Go to Manage Worksheets
  4. Run the job to Update All Worksheets
  5. Check the job logs under Monitor Compensation Jobs
  6. Error "<!-- jobResponse123456.txt id not imported prior to export. -->"

Cause

Form is hidden under Manage Document visibility.

Resolution

To Fix the issue follow these steps:

  1. Unhide the document visibility setting.
  2. Route the form to either the previous or next step.
  3. Update the worksheets again
