3344334 - Cannot open LMS Direct Link for Report or Report with Criteria

User cannot open LMS direct link for Report or Report with Criteria.

Error message like below will be displayed.

"Error

The requested operation is not available. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your administrator, referencing ticket #528,144.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Generate a Direct Link via Learning Administration > System Administration > System Management Tools > Generate Direct Link

2. Select 'Report' as the link type > Select a report > e.g. Learning History > Display Link > Copy the link

3. Go back to BizX Homepage > Paste the link in the address bar in browser tab > Wait for the SSO redirection to complete > See below Error screen 

4. From httpwatch log, can see a 403 error was responded from server.

The selected report has been replaced with a customized report.
Server gives a 403 response because the out-of-box report has been unpublished in the tenant and resulted in the error page.

This is the current system design as Direct Link is only supported in LMS standard reports.

Re-publish the standard report can make the Direct Link work.
