3344384 - Group Goal Members and Team Goal Assignees Can Not Edit Group Goals In Performance Forms

After launching performance forms for employees, they see a pencil next to group goals which allows the group goals to be modified, but they can not modify the fields.

1. Configure group goals in the goal plan
2. Launch group goals to employees
3. Launch performance forms for employees
4. Employees see a pencil icon next to group goals to modify them
5. Click on the pencil icon, notice that employees can not modify the fields

This is expected behavior. 

Please be aware you would only be able to Add and Edit group goals in the goal plan itself, not the PM form, this is expected behavior.
