3344431 - Table WDR_ADP_CONST_MP size increased significantly after SUM upgrade - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

  • After SUM upgrade of ABAP system, the table size of WDR_ADP_CONST_MP increased significantly, for example, increased from 300M to 300GB.
  • Checking the space usage of table WDR_ADP_CONST_MP from DBA Cockpit, 'Deleted Rows' has very high row count number after SUM upgrade:
    T-code dbacockpit -> Database <SID> -> Space -> Tables and Indexes -> Single Table Analysis Table: WDR_ADP_CONST_MP -> Space History
