3344493 - IPS job fails with error: Missing required attribute in phoneNumbers - [type]

Symptom

IAS target system uses SCIM API version 1 (ias.api.version = 1).

IPS job is failing with an error message:

error=org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking https://<tenant id>.accounts.ondemand.com/service/scim/Users/<ID> with statusCode: 400, Response: Missing required attribute in phoneNumbers - [type]. Supported values are [work], [mobile], [fax]
