3344553 - GridView.ocx, sapcalen.ocx, apogrid.ocx Registration failed

• SAPGUI crashed (SAPGUI screen disappeared) when display the data in Grid View, e.g. in transaction code FS10N. 
• SAPGUI crashed (SAPGUI screen disappeared) when display the calendar, 
  e.g. in "Requirement Date" field in transaction code COOIS, or in "From Date" or "To Date" field in transaction code SM37. 
• SAPGUI crashed (SAPGUI screen disappeared) when display the data in APO grid, e.g. in transaction code /sapapo/sdp94. 
• In SAPGUI installation log, below error message is displayed in NwSapSetup.log or NwSapSetup_XX.log file (XX is number):

below error message is displayed: 

In "SapSetup Error Report", we see Registration failed occurs on GridView.ocx, sapcalen.ocx or apogrid.ocx file.
