3344746 - Too many "In-Process" Messages in the Import Monitor


There are too many messages in the "In-Process" tab of the Import Monitor, and they are not processed.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import records;
  2. Observe that there are a lot of messages in the In-Process tab of the Import Monitor that are not processed.


Likely, a blocking situation occurs, and the messages stay in process.


The system will try to reprocess the imports several times for the next 3 days. If after that time it is unable to process it, the message will be moved to the "Error" tab after 3 days.
