3344816 - Authorization Objects got deleted/added to roles by SU25 after system upgrade.

Symptom

After running the steps 2a, 2b and 2c of SU25, authorization objects are deleted/added to roles.
In the corresponding change documents, SU25 shows as the changing transaction.
