SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting>Job Requisitions
2. Click on Job Requisition>Candidates
3. Click on Forwarded Candidate
4. Click on "Add to Requisition" button
5. Receive application error with fingerprint=544686b1ce09a18d12c8be9f40684eefcc2da47f

From the backend logs we see the following error: Unparseable number: "ABC" 

This has occurred because a field type was changed from, for example, text to a number and a previous value with letters in it cannot be passed a number type field

It is NOT ADVISED to change field types in the templates, as the Recruiting module uses field types to build columns inside the Database along the field id, and that is where the system stores information related to that field id and type.
