3345022 - Windows AD SSO not working when Vintela filter fails to load due to bad password in Business Intelligence Platform

Symptom

  • Windows AD SSO is configured on BI Platform, but is failing.
  • Vintela filter is failing to load and vintela log shows below error:

[ERROR] Jun 08, 2023 04:06:499 Start Level Event Dispatcher vintela (): VSJ credentials (principal, realm, keytab/password) are invalid
Exception: com.wedgetail.idm.sso.ConfigException: VSJ password is probably incorrect [caused by: GSSException: Failure unspecified at GSS-API
