3345092 - Registered Product Owner and Custodian Information Missing in Consignment Scenario

In consignment scenario, the owner and custodian information is missing in registered product master data.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Service Entitlements work center
2. Go to Registered Products view
3. Find product ABC (ABC refers to the product ID)
4. Open it and view all
5. Go to Involved Parties tab 

You see there is no data here. However if you check in Serial Inventory Overview, you see the product has Owner and Custodian information maintained.

Customer Consignment is a new feature released with Business ByDesign 2105 to support the scenario “Use Different Consignee and Customer with Serial Number for Consignment Fill-up”. The  mentioned issue in the article have been resolved with version 2411.

For the affected registered product, you can check the owner and custodian of a registered product (consignment) in common task Consignment Serial Stock Overview. Alternatively, you can add owner and custodian manually under tab Involved Parties in the master data of registered product.
