Behaviour of Enhancements to New Hire Activities if I change manager in Manage Pending Hires step.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Enable Sync Employee Central Updates to Start Date and Hiring Manager toggle, from Admin Center Onboarding Settings, as per the guide.
2. Initiate onboarding for a candidate
3. Complete onboarding until MPH Stage
4. Change manager in MPH Step
5. New manager is synced back to onboarding
6. However notice old manager still has cards and to dos for candidate on homepage for any outstanding tasks, like new hire activities.

This is Expected Behavior.

We are "simply appending" the newly assigned manager also to the task, so old manager and participants should be untouched.
