3345327 - Unable to filter out 'blank' results in Table report using By Rule

A column in a Table report has '(null value)' as well as additional 'blank' value (could be due to a 'space' added in datasource). When trying to filter out the 'blank' value with a rule like 'Not equal to' and saving the filter, next time we edit that filter 'blank' is changed to '(null value)' causing 'blank' value to not filter out from the results.

As a workaround, we can use 'By My Selection' and add the required values rather than using 'By Rule'.
