Unable to post job requisitions to the external career site, when trying to post it the system prompts an error message: Provide a value for the External Job Description field in [Language] to post the job requisition in the [Language] locale.

• Without Job Profile: The field extListingLayout, which is displayed in the Job Requisition Details page, is empty.
• With Job Profile: The External Job Description field should have a value to be able to post the job requisition externally.

For the cause Without Job Profile, make sure that the field extListingLayout is editable to the users and that they have write permission on this field. If the field doesn't have any value, it's not going to be possible to post the job requisitions externally. To grant write permission to this field you can follow the steps of the KBA: 2951367 - How to Add or Edit Permissions of Job Requisition Fields via Manage Templates - Recruiting Management.

For the cause With Job Profile, make sure that there is a job role and a job profile associated to the job requisition, or make sure that the field External Job Description that displays in the Job Profile tab is filled.
