Request to move user licenses from one environment to another.

• Moving user licenses between contracts and tenants are not possible
• User license amount is defined on contract level, it is the same for both production and sandbox environments within same contract.
• For changes that require modification of contractual terms, Account Owner, Customer Success Manager, or designated account team representative should be contacted for further guidance. The account team will provide details regarding the required contractual changes and associated details.
