3345392 - Performance Management My Forms Title Color Can't Be Changed When Horizon Theme is Enabled

After enabling the Horizon theme, the Page Title Color does not reflect in the My Forms title in the Performance tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Theme Manager
2. Select the theme
3. Go to Fine tune > Placemat
4. Change the Page Title Color

Expected behavior - The inbox page header will follow the common style of the object page
