3345394 - Feeds Getting Deleted From Tickets


You noticed that the Feed conversation history is getting deleted from different objects (Opportunity, Ticket, etc), after a period of time.

The Feeds visibility is controlled by the Feed Duration Settings.


To fix it, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Select the Common task view.
  3. Click on Feeds Duration Settings.
  4. Update the time.

Please also notice that there is another option called Feed Delete Duration settings. Both have different purposes. The Feed Duration settings involves the time that the Feed history will be available, while the Feed Deletion settings control the time that the Feed information will be storaged.
