3345459 - Unit conversion and quantity conversion not reflected in the XML of billing document output - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The UoM is maintained well in product master data for a material and an invoice was created for this material. However, the XML of the invoice output doesn't reflect the unit or the quantity conversion but directly reflects the original unit and quantity at the billing document item.

From Billing output view, the form or the XML only shows the current UoM inside the billing document items. There is no standard logic or configuration to convert the UoM or the quantity.

To make the billing output reflect the wanted unit of measure and the converted quantity, following customizing methods can be taken to extend the standard form template:
